Please review our shipping policy to ensure your order arrives on time.

Basic Shipping Policies:

  • Orders typically ship within one to two days!

  • Orders only ship Monday through Friday.

  • Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST Friday will ship the following Monday.

  • If shipping to a P.O. box, customer must choose USPS as carrier.

Shipping Charges:

  • Your shipping charges will be calculated at check out and will vary depending on package weight and delivery address. 

Standard Ground Shipping Times:

Orders are shipped from Oregon. Shipping rates and times for Alaska and Hawaii will vary. The following are ESTIMATED shipping times. 

  • West Coast States: 1-3 Business Days

  • Mid West States: 4-6  Business Days

  • East Coast States: 6-7 Business Days

Priority Shipping:

  • Orders placed on Friday for overnight shipping will not get there until Monday.

  • Use our Shipping Estimator at checkout for estimated Priority Shipping rates.

Shipping Estimator:

Use our Shipping Cost Estimator at checkout for specific shipping rates available to you, including priority and overnight shipping rates. Please contact us with any questions regarding your order before completing the checkout process if you have specific shipping questions or requests.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping through USPS.

  • Please note: All charges will be in USD. Please contact your credit card provider for exchange rates and other fees associated with your order. 

  • If your shipping country is not listed during checkout then this means that we do not ship there.

Holiday Shipping:

Please allow enough time for processing and shipping during the holiday season. USPS and UPS delays may affect your delivery. Order early to ensure on time holiday shipping.
 

Shipping Fees & Returns:

All shipping fees are non-refundable.  We do not offer returns or refunds on our book and story card sets.
