Fairness and Critical Thinking
empowering minds, changing lives
We’ve developed a unique approach to fairness and critical thinking through our innovative book and story card set. By presenting real-world scenarios and guiding thoughtful reflection, our materials help individuals and teams uncover and address their implicit biases. This not only fosters personal growth but also enhances interactions within communities and workplaces, creating a ripple effect of positive change.

Co-founder
graham
Graham lives in the Pacific Northwest, is the parent
of several Haitian children, works for a nonprofit, and regularly attends Sunday services. Raised in a very rural, unincorporated town in the desert southwest that is mostly a Tribal reservation, Graham has seen the impact of many different types of bias on loved ones and personally wrestled with bias-- and sees this project as a way to make the world a fairer place for all of our children.
Co-founder
johnson
Johnson is a small business owner, former audio engineer, film festival programmer, and parent who lives in the same town. Johnson is keenly interested in how the human brain works and how we can teach ourselves to think critically in this age of technology and media inundation. Johnson was raised in a variety of different places and cultures, and hopes this project will be a useful tool to remind us that we are all connected.
Something to think about: Given what we have shared with you about ourselves, how do you picture us in terms of gender, race, religion, political perspectives, tattoos …?
